We offer Commercial Office Space ranging from 500 SqFt-3,500 SqFt all housed within the Historical Chocolate Factory. Located on Route 50 the scenic building and Kayaderosseras backdrop make an ideal place to start, grow, and build your business. We can build to suit for your businesses needs. Our spaces range from $12 SqFt to $16 Sqft. We have to two large parking lots, as well as, on street parking, and a large public parking lot across the street, all free of charge and permits.
